My goal for therapy at the Circle Centre is to give my clients the tools they need to make positive change in their life. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing the physical, emotional, and behavioural aspects of each individual.
SERVICES
I offer a variety of face-to-face and online services to meet the unique needs of my clients, as individuals or couples. I work with clients experiencing challenges for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, and relationship issues. We work together to develop a personalised treatment plan that address the individual's specific needs and goals.
EXPERIENCE
Before opening the Circle Centre in Sydney, I lived in Singapore and Hong Kong counselling individuals from diverse backgrounds. I work with clients from around the world helping them learn the skills they need to face their unique life challenges.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
I have Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) and Master of Counselling with training and certification in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), and The Gottman Method for couples.

LOCATION
The Circle Centre is located at the end of Middle Head Rd in a group of converted military barrack houses that now host various businesses. To find us, follow Middle Head Rd past Burnt Orange, through the roundabout at the corner of Cowder Bay Rd, and park in the parking lot to your right before Middle Head Cafe. There is a map that shows the location of 12B, down the outdoor walkway and next to Onyx Gymnastics.
